Our new Generate COI feature eliminates manual data entry by dynamically pre-filling ACORD Certificate of Liability Insurance forms. The tool instantly extracts limits, key terms, and dates for your insureds policies. By removing the manual entry process, it simplifies compliance and ensures your certificates are always accurate and ready to send.
To use the feature:
Navigate to the Generate COI feature on the Dashboard.
Upload your policies or declaration pages.
Title your output, and add the Certificate Holder information.
When the analysis finishes, you can find key data extracted directly below the form preview for a quick edit and review. You can then use the AI Assistant to ask specific coverage questions, seek advice, or request instant edits to the form. Regenerating the certificate can take a minute.
Use the Download Certificate button to download the form as a PDF before sending it to the carrier.
