How to start a chat with the AI Assistant

Our AI-powered chat feature enables you to ask questions, get instant policy insights, and streamline your insurance tasks directly on our platform.

Steps:

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the AI Assistant feature located in the left side bar.

  2. Upload the document(s) you’d like to analyze.

  3. Once your document finishes uploading, you can keep the conversation going, interacting with the AI Assistant to ask questions, obtain policy insights, and streamline your insurance tasks directly on our platform.

  4. To start a new chat, click the +New Chat button located under AI Assistant on the left sidebar. To access previous conversations, click the conversation title under +New Chat.

With our chat-based AI Assistant, you can:

  • View your Chat History on the left sidebar under History.

  • Ask to generate outputs in word doc and excel formats.

  • Upload supporting documents to supplement your iterations.
