Sales Support

Professional Proposals

  • Present a polished, client-ready, custom branded proposal using the Create Proposal feature.

  • Present coverage options side-by-side to clearly demonstrate the key coverage differences between carrier quotes.

Highlight Your Competitive Advantage

  • When you are coming up against a competing quote and looking to explain the benefits of your quote, use either the Compare Policies feature to highlight the differences — or further dive into the Coverage Gap Analysis report to review your proposal in a granular manner.

  • Sell the advantage of your policy quote compared with the competition's using the Coverage Gap Analysis feature.

  • Use the deficiencies identified in these reports to negotiate softer exclusions, boost coverage, or articulate an argument to your underwriter.

New Business

Multi-Carrier Quote Comparison

  • Use Compare Policies to compare quotes across carriers side by side to evaluate coverage and pricing differences when writing new business.

  • When you have generated a quote comparison, utilize the AI chat tool to break out a specific language comparison by insuring agreement. For example, if you want to compare business interruption insuring agreements more granularly — state the language you would like to compare (or upload additional language) and the comparison tool will add this to your Excel report.

Renewal & Remarketing

Renewal Quote Comparison

  • Utilize the Compare Policies feature to enter last year's expiring policy and this year's renewal quote so you can review any year over year changes. Results will show a comparison between the two documents for coverage existing, lacking, improving, or degrading.

  • At renewal, compare quotes across multiple carriers to evaluate whether your incumbent terms remain competitive or if remarketing is warranted.

  • Use the AI Assistant feature at renewal to break out specific language comparisons by insuring agreement — ideal for identifying coverage shifts between policy terms and presenting those changes clearly to your client.

Submissions

Submission Structuring and Preparation

  • Utilize the Generate SOV feature to extract and categorize data from your submission, policy, or presentation and create a statement of values proposal in a clear Excel format.

    • User tip: Use the chat function to modify your spreadsheet to your liking. If you tell the chat what to do to your spreadsheet, it will execute your command, modify it, and preview it.

Servicing & Contract Requirements

Align Contract Requirements

  • Utilize the Contract Review feature to review service agreements, COIs, and other contract-related documents. This will outline the contractual requirements and match them to your terms received to confirm coverage is in place, or highlight where it is lacking.

Auditing & Review

Data Extraction

  • When you have a policy you want to thoroughly drill down on and identify key information, use the Single Policy Analysis feature.

    • User tip: Chat with the AI Assistant to add more data to your results. These results are immediately structured and presentable to combine with your proposal as well.
