Tracking agency activity in the Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard enables Agency Admins to track usage and adoption across their users.

The Admin Dashboard is located in the left sidebar of the main Coverflow Dashboard. Admins can track usage in the Agency Activity Overview page within the Admin Dashboard.

If you believe your user should have Admin privileges, please request access by emailing us at [email protected].

Total Hours Saved

This metric tracks total hours saved across your agency for each output. This calculation is based on agents spending an average of one hour per task outside of Coverflow. Use the filters at the top of the page to select the time period or team(s) you'd like to review.

Usage Analysis

The Usage Analysis Chart allows users to track daily, weekly, and monthly usage trends for each output type. Use the filters at the top of the page to select the time period or team(s) you'd like to review.

You can view activity per user in the Users tab of the page. Here you can track activity by output type and view last activity date for each user.

The Comparison tab allows you to compare each team's adoption per output, allowing you to track which feature each team utilizes most.

All information within the Admin Dashboard is also exportable to an Excel file. Click the Export Data as Excel button on the top right corner of the page to download the information.
