How to share outputs via Client Pages

Share uploads and outputs with other users in your agency with Client Sharing.

You can now share outputs with other users, your team, or your entire agency via our Client Sharing feature! For help with creating a Client Page, check out this article.

To share Client Pages with your team:

  1. Navigate to the Client drop down menu located on the top left corner of the left sidebar.

  2. Click the three dots []to the right of the Client name and select Share.

  3. To share the Client with an individual user, enter the name or email of a user in your agency.

  4. To enable access to groups of users, navigate to General Access and select Anyone on my Team or Anyone in my Agency.

    1. Note: Teams are managed via the Admin Dashboard by users with Admin access. Check out this support article for more information on how to create teams.

Once shared, you can view and upload documents, generate outputs, and make edits that are visible to every user with access to that Client.

Note:

  • You are unable to share the default "General" page with others users.

  • Only the original Client Page owner can share access with other users.

  • Agency and Team accessible Client Pages will be shared with new agency users and team members automatically.
