Each document you upload to Coverflow has an AI Assistant available to analyze your policy, answer questions, and provide expert-level insights.
To access your uploads:
From the dashboard, scroll down to the section called Completed Tasks, and toggle the button to My Uploads.
Select the document you'd like to view.
Note: Ensure that the file status is Analyzed. (If the analysis isn’t finished yet, the file will show “Analyzing…”)
You will find the document you have uploaded on the right side of the page, and the AI Assistant on the left side of the page.
Enter a question or request in the chat box to better understand the policy, generate client-facing information like summaries and emails, and gather critical info instantly.
