The Generate SOV feature analyzes quotes, dec pages, schedules, and proposals to automatically extract property data and convert it into a clean, structured Statement of Values (SOV).
Generate SOV helps you:
Extract locations/premises details (addresses, building numbers, etc.)
Pull building characteristics (construction, year built, square footage, stories, protection details where available)
Capture values (building, BPP, BI, etc., depending on what’s in the source document)
Format this into a excel spreadsheet you can download to share with clients
To use the Generate SOV feature:
Select the Generate SOV task in the Coverflow Dashboard.
Upload or select your documents to create the SOV.
Name your file and click Continue.
Review your SOV excel file output in the preview. You can download the analysis into Excel by clicking the Download Policy button in the top right corner.
