Our Contract Review feature allows you to compare contracts to policies to ensure that your customer’s coverage meets contractual obligations.
Steps:
Navigate to the Review Contract button located in the Dashboard under Start a Task.
Upload or select a contract you’d like to analyze.
Upload or select a policy you’d like to compare to the contract.
Name the analysis, confirm the documents you’ve uploaded, then click Continue.
Your contract review is now generating. You can leave this page and start concurrent tasks. We'll send you an email when the analysis is complete.
Once your analysis is complete and you're ready to view your results:
Steps:
Select the analysis you'd like to view from the Tasks section at the bottom of the Dashboard or the My Files page via the left sidebar.
On the right side of the page, you will find the results of your analysis, highlighting the fulfilled and unfulfilled items from the contract.
Click on the line item to view the explanation for each result.
On the left side of the page, you can use our AI Assistant to pose questions, gain insights, and add to your analysis before exporting your Excel file.
You can then export the Excel file by clicking the Download Excel button in the top right corner of the page.
